San Francisco-Seattle OVER 40.5

The total has dropped because of bad weather. Rain means overs in
part because the total drops, but also because it benefits offensive players
who know where they are going, while the defensive players have to keep
up. However, admittedly the wind
prevented us from making it a premium play.

However, the Seahawks shaky defense is now matched by
Alexander and Hasselbeck in the line-up together. Since returning to the line-up together, the
Seahawks games have had 58, 43 and 48 points. San
Francisco has skilled position players on offense, but
ravaged by injuries in the defensive backfield. Despite the winds, the total is
just too low.
