2009 NCAA Tournament Round 2 Betting Information

Here is a look at Saturday’s Round 2 of the 2009 NCAA Tournament spread betting trends for beating the college basketball odds and any one of the approved sportsbooks.

Baylor-Virginia Tech

UCLA-Villanova

Maryland-Memphis

The Aggies are 11-1 as an underdog on neutral courts. They are 47-22 opponent winning percentage of .600 or greater. Connecticut is 5-16 on neutral courts as a favorite.

Purdue-Washington

The Huskies are 6-1 in nonconference. Washington has gone over 14-2 off straight up win.

Michigan-Oklahoma

Oklahoma is 8-19 on neutral courts. The Wolverines have gone under seven straight on neutral courts.

LSU-North Carolina

The Tigers are 9-2 as an underdog of 7-12.5, but they are 11-30 on Saturdays. The Tar Heels are 8-0 to the SEC and 41-18 their last 59 nonconference games. However, UNC is 1-10 off a spread win.

Western Kentucky-Gonzaga

The Hilltoppers are 16-5 off a spread win and 41-17 in nonconference games. The Bulldogs are 1-6 nonconference.

Texas-Duke

Texas is 2-12 off a spread win. Duke is 2-8 in the NCAA Tournament. Duke has gone under 10-1 off straight up win of 20 or more.
