It’s a sensational night of betting with NBA point spreads back into the arsenal of the top sports handicappers. Of course there is a preview of East Carolina vs. Memphis as well as free handicapper spread winners in the free picks section.

On ESPN2 ECU is laying 5.5 with a total of 47.5. The Bonesville Pirates are laying the wood at Memphis.

Here is the objective rundown of who is hot and who has the big plays in betting tonight starting out with the power of 620 sports services behind every selection, the MasterLockLine. Tonight $322 worth of sports picks are available for $16.

In NBA and college basketball, Bill Tanner and Castlegate Sports are beyond debate the top 2 services.  They rank 1-2 in ROI, total net units won, and winning percentage in the NBA and overall going back any time period of at least three years.  Only Statmaven Sports has a higher ranking in college. To say the least, we will ride these services for your benefit again this basketball season as we have in previous years.

Ranked No. 2 all-time NBA/CBB service combined, Castlegate Sports is the only sports service to be ranked Top 7 in college basketball, pro basketball and NBA/NCAAB combined when units won is backtracked to 1996! Their “major” plays are at 61-plus percent in more than 1,000 documented plays. But they also have 88 Top 10 finishes in football handicapping contests. Boston/Cleveland side and total as majors start out their NBA season.

Bill Tanner is the No. 1 college and NBA handicapper combined since 1995. He’s from the basketball crazed state of Indiana and his Platinum Plays in hoops hit around 62 percent.  He also hits above 60 percent in college football with “Plats”.   About a dozen years ago, he lapped dinosaur “Doc” as the top Big 10 handicapper in the land. His first Platinum Play of the NBA season agrees with Castlegate’s Celtics/Cavaliers side

The Coach Potato is the premier television handicapper in the world.  In 1988 after having success as a handicapper, investing 70-plus hours per week, he opted to streamline and concentrate on only national TV games.  His efficiency has paid off hitting at least 58 % in college and pro football and basketball. All plays are rated equally. NBA is his betting domain and he has the Clippers-Lakers over/under

No. 1 ranked NBA handicapper last year, a top technical handicapper, has his 100 percent early season angle on the Wizards/Mavericks side

The No. 1 ranked football service both since 2005 and all-time is a service out of Las Vegas that has hit 58 percent or higher with “Vegas Insider’ releases nine of the 11 years they’ve been in the business, exceeding 62 percent five times. (NFL and NCAAF combined). Just their sixth such Vegas Insider in NCAAF this year and 10th overall goes on the East Carolina/Memphis side

An attorney/law professor/pro bettor turned pro bettor/professional handicapper out of Tri Cities, TN is best known for being the greatest SEC handicapper of all-time. However, he is also the top NFLX totals handicapper, based on all-time units won. Supreme Selections are his highest rated plays. Weeknight Supreme Selection Total of the Year on Memphis/ECU over under

Now to the best in the land, Grandmaster sports handicapper Joe Duffy and GodsTips. Can we tell you how fired up the Center of the Handicapping Universe is for NBA season? No we can’t because the thesaurus does not have enough adjectives. Thank you so much for those who locked in to our seasonal packages. Frankly we have earned that trust in the past and will work harder than anyone else to assure your faith is again rewarded.

Of course anyone who gives a flip about sustained winning is a permanent client of ours. For those who will eventually join the most elite country club in gambling, note that the Center of the Handicapping Universe does it again nailing the Philadelphia Eagles to go to 6-1 the last seven NFL sides.

GodsTips has the East Carolina-Memphis side up plus two NBA sides including a TNT Wise Guy. It’s all at OffshoreInsiders.com

Now to the man who is literally 20-27 years ahead of the sportsbooks, Stevie Vincent. Stevie is a little too giddy about pro basketball. True he has several sports he just wins relentlessly in, but pro basketball is certainly the rule, not the exception. His first of many pro basketball winners is on the TNT Celtics/Cavaliers game.

9-2 his last 11 overall, The Great One Stevie Vincent has the ECU/Memphis NCAAF betting winner.

Finally to Matt Rivers. In the days before the Internet, any and all handicappers worth their weight in winnings were on scorephones. There was a burden of proof to appear before the World Wide Web allowed anyone with a computer to present herself as a betting expert.

Simply put, every tout, tip sheet, and sports handicapper applied, but only the best of the best made the cut—less than one-percent of all sports services.

OffshoreInsiders.com pulled out all the stops to assure the top two scorephone handicappers ever, based on money won, would be part of The Show for sports handicapping.  Joe Duffy, America’s only living Grandmaster Handicapper and Matt Rivers are true handicapping legends and their personal bets are exclusively on OffshoreInsiders.com.

As more and more clients find the new home of superstar Matt Rivers, yes he will dominate NBA every bit as much as he did for years at the other place. He starts it out with a 75,000* winner on Boston/Cleveland and a 50,000* on ECU-Memphis. College Football Tipsheet: Betting Lines Info For October 31

Here is this week’s tip sheet for beating the college football odds in the week ending Oct. 31. The report is compiled by the nation’s top football handicappers at the OffshoreInsiders.com Network

Michigan State vs. Minnesota

Minnesota will be again without Eric Decker and he could be done for the year. This is a devastating blow. The Gophers are 1-3 straight up after a 3-1 start. The recent struggles include scoring seven points in the last two games. Decker missed most of those two contests. Five of QB Adam Weber’s TD passes have been to Decker.

Central Michigan vs. Boston College

Boston College QB Justin Tuggle, who started the first three games and second leading rusher Josh Haden are leaving the program. Both are unhappy with diminishing roles, but their loss hurts BC’s depth.

Indiana vs. Iowa

The Hawkeyes RB depth has taken another hit. No. 1 RB Jewel Hampton went down before the season started. Now redshirt frosh Adam Robinson, their leading rusher, will miss this week’s game thanks to an ankle injury.

USC vs. Oregon

Sal McCormick of MasterLockLine.com reports that Southern Cal will run the ball at probably their highest rate this weekend. Allen Bradford has emerged with Joe Mcknight as a top 1-2 punch. In addition Oregon has struggled against the run, while the Trojans front five is getting better each game.

Trojans TE Anthony McCoy, the team’s second leading receiver is probable after leaving last week’s game with a sprained ankle.

South Carolina vs. Tennessee

The Gamecocks are getting healthy. WR Moe Brown, who leads the team in catches, is probable. He had not been cleared since getting a concussion two weeks ago. TE Weslye Saunders was limited last week with a sprained ankle, but is getting close to 100 percent.

Mississippi State vs. Kentucky

Wildcats starting LB Micah Johnson is doubtful. His 258 pound frame will be missed going against Bulldogs RB 235 pound Anthony Dixon. Ronnie Snead has played well in Johnson’s absence but is 28 pounds lighter. Starting CB Trevard Lindley is likely to miss his fourth straight game.

Missouri vs. Colorado

Mizzou QB Blaine Gabbert says he expects to play despite being hurt in last week’s loss to Texas.

Nebraska vs. Baylor

In order to revive their passing game, Nebraska is expected to give more playing time to three freshman WRs and a Juco transfer. QB Zac Lee’s job appears safe for now.

SMU vs. Tulsa

Mustangs starting QB Bo Levi Mitchell is questionable. If he does not play, true freshman Kyle Padron will likely get the start in the high powered offense.

UCLA vs. Oregon State

For those who believe two QBs equals no QBs, note a quarterback controversy is simmering at UCLA. Kevin Prince remains the starter, but true freshman Richard Brehaut will play. Head coach Rick Neuheisel and offensive coordinator Norm Chow are not on the same page on who should start.

NFL Betting Picks – Week 8 AFC North Picks

Cleveland Browns @ Chicago Bears

NFL betting odds: Bears -13

The Cleveland Browns and Chicago Bears are meeting up in one of the biggest mismatches of the week. The Browns are one of the worst teams in the NFL and there is already media and fan bases calling for Eric Mangini’s head.

The Browns have been absolutely abysmal on offense and there are no signs that it will turn around for them. The Browns are averaging just 10.3 points per game and they haven’t even hit double figures in four of their seven games.

The Chicago Bears are fresh off their worst performance of the season and you can bet that they will be angry. They were blown out 45-10 by the Cincinnati Bengals and were embarssed on several plays. This week, the matchups are in their favor and they should be the ones dominating.

The Bears have been a different team at home versus on the road so look for them to bounce-back now that they are back at Soldier Field. They have already played four road games this year and just two home games, so that should be a good sign the rest of the way for them. The are 2-0 at home and 1-3 on the road.

NFL picks:  Bears -13

Denver Broncos @ Baltimore Ravens

World Series betting odds: Ravens -3.5

The Denver Broncos are riding high right now and are one of three remaining teams that are undefeated on the year. The Broncos have won all six of their contests and are flying high after back-to-back wins against the New England Patriots and their biggest division rival, the San Diego Chargers. Now the Broncos will experience another tough challenge as they head on the road to Baltimore to face the desperate Ravens.

The Ravens were perfect for the first three weeks of the season but they have come crashing back to reality. The Ravens have lost their last three games – all in close fashion – and are now in danger of falling below .500 for the first time this season. The Ravens, who opened with wins against Kansas City, San Diego and Cleveland, have lost three straight tight contests to New England, Cincinnati and Minnesota.

Look for them to bounce back in this game as both teams are fairly evenly matched. The Ravens just need this game more.

World Series Odds: Ravens -3.5

John William Lomax Arrest; Glen Davis, Blake Griffin Hurt, Larry Johnson, Bob Griese Suspended

Checking headlines in the sports world for Tuesday, October 27, 2009 from the staff of OffshoreInsiders.com.

Arrest made in murder of UConn football player

John William Lomax III, 21 of Bloomfield, Connecticut has been arrested in the murder of Connecticut football player Jasper Howard. Yahoo! story

Blake Griffin out

ESPN has a story on how the jinx continues with the LA Clippers. Top draft pick Blake Griffin could be out for six weeks. The Clippers vs. Lakers opens up the NBA season and is one of the top sports picks going on a strong opening night in the NBA.

Larry Johnson and Bob Griese both suspended for “insensitive” remarks

Bob Griese joked about Juan Pablo Montoya eating tacos and Larry Johnson about homosexuals, via a Twitter tweet. Apparently this is a worse crime than mocking his head coach’s credentials.

Davis out for Celtics?

Big Baby Glen Davis will likely miss tonight’s opener against the Cleveland Cavaliers because of an injury sustained in a fight

Apparently there is other key betting info in this game as the MasterLockLine is reporting that two superstar NBA handicappers agree on the side in this game. His first Platinum Play of the NBA season agrees with Castlegate’s Celtics/Cavaliers side. Details on this NBA betting info from the MasterLockLine.

Week 8 NFL power ratings out

The NFL odds are out for week 8 as are the NFL power rankings for week 8.

NBA Odds: Sports Handicapper Takes the Points in Lakers-Clippers

Sensational NBA handicapper Matt Rivers opens the season with his first of many complimentary winners. His first is on the LA Clippers plus 10 at Lakers using BetUs Sportsbook.

Here is his analysis:

Don’t laugh but the Clippers do have some talent and may be pretty good this season. No doubt last year was a total abomination due a lot in part to injuries but if these guys can stay healthy they are going to be alright.

The Lakers being at home obviously does not mean all that much as both teams play in Staples. Plus I love going against teams that are playing their first game after a championship as all of the hoopla with ring ceremonies and all of that nonsense can cloud their focus.

Do not sleep on these Clippers. Guys like, Baron Davis, Marcus Camby, Eric Gordon and Al Thornton form a quality squad that can go out and win some games this season even while top pick Blake Griffin is shelved. Obviously they don’t hold the jock of
Kobe and the reigning champs but to get around double digits in this situation is worth it to me for sure.

The Clips are going to be a little undervalued for awhile and may be a solid play until the oddsmakers and the public catch up with this.

For more information: As more and more clients find the new home of superstar Matt Rivers, yes he will dominate NBA every bit as much as he did for years at the other place. He starts it out with a 75,000* winner on Boston/Cleveland and a 50,000* on ECU-Memphis. Click now to purchase
