NFL Week 1 Parlays, ATS, SU, and Totals Picks

Bet NFL parlays, moneylines, totals, or picks against the point spread? This article is everything gamblers must know to exploit week 1 betting odds. MyBookie previews parlay picks.

Take this for what it’s worth but ESPN simulated the entire 2019 season 20,000 times using the ESPN Football Power Index and it came out with a Saints-Chargers Super Bowl, with New Orleans winning the title. I actually agree with that Super Bowl matchup but think the Chargers will win it as long as they get holdout running back Melvin Gordon at some point this season.

Entire article below

There is also substantial money to be made with totals NFL picks. Here are some.

The Bills and Jets topped the 50-point plateau in both of their regular season meetings last season to make it three straight meetings where they’ve topped the half-century mark in combined points. Not only that, but Buffalo scored at least 24 points in all four of their preseason contests (4-0 O/U) and I don’t think we’re going to see an elite defensive effort out of either team in this AFC East divisional rivalry.
The Over is 6-1 in the Jets’ last seven home games and the Over is 7-2 in the last nine meetings between these two rivals when they square off in the Big Apple. Again, I wouldn’t expect to see any elite defense being played in this one while it easily tops the 40-point total.

In an office pool where you pick straight up winners? Like betting money lines at MyBookie? Here is what gamblers must know for picking outright winners in week 1.

The Philadelphia Eagles, Seattle Seahawks and Carolina Panthers will all be looking to take care of business in their respective 2019 regular season and home openers when they take to the gridiron this coming weekend. If you’re an NFL betting aficionado that loves taking the guesswork out of often arduous ATS wagers by making simple SU Moneyline wagers more often than not, then you’ve come to the right place as I offer up a trio of expert SU picks on three intriguing Week 1 openers.
With that said, let’s get down to business.

Let’s talk ATS picks. Here are the point spread winners for week 1 gambling tips.

Big week already up from the Grandmaster! Here. We. Go. NFL, we enter the regular season off another great preseason. Yep 10-2 NFL. We are 12-6 overall in football. First Wise Guys of college football and big time. Thursday NFL side. Friday, Wise Guy and Major. Saturday, eight Wise Guys, three Majors led by Non-Power 5 Interconference Total of the Year. Oh, I am not done. Sunday, NFL Wise Guy and Major. College could be done, but more NFL likely from Joe Duffy at OffshoreInsiders.com.

ATS betting trends preview.

Thursday Night Football Packers vs. Bears Winning Picks

2019 NFL regular season betting kicks off–literally on Thursday Night Football. It’s the Green Bay Packers at Chicago Bears. Chicago is -3 -115 at GTBets with a total of 46.5. It opened at -4 and 45.5 at Betonline, home of the opening line.

Though 57 percent of bets are on Green Bay, 56 percent of cash is on da Bears. Likewise, a slight discrepancy on the total as 52 percent of tickets are on the over, but 56 percent of money on the under.

QB Mitchell Trubisky didn’t throw a single pass in the preseason, so fans will get their first chance to weigh in on the quarterback’s progress Thursday night. Trubisky has tended to perform at his best against Green Bay. In his fifth professional start, Trubisky had one of the best games of his rookie season, completing 21 of 35 passes for 297 yards and a touchdown. He has yet to throw an interception against the Packers.

Full preview below!

Green Bay is 2-7-1 ATS in road games, while the Bears have covered an incredible seven straight to the NFC North. They are 16-5 at home and 9-2 overall. However, the Packers are 16-5 ATS in Chicago and 12-5 overall in the series.

Rams vs. Panthers NFL Week 1 Winning Picks

It’s here, NFL week 1 betting odds and picks. Among the previews is the Rams vs. Panthers. Quick trivia question. What city do the Rams play in? Well it is tough to keep track of.

The Rams are anywhere from -2.5 to -3 with varying juice such as at Bovada The Rams are backed by 75 percent of bettors, yet Carolina by 55 percent of money. That is a pretty big discrepancy by NFL standards. Sixty-five percent of the bets and 55 percent of the money is on the under. The line opened at LA -3 -101 and 51.

The Rams had a great 2018. It culminated in a 13-3 loss to the New England Patriots in Super Bowl 53. But, that shouldn’t impede them from showing up big against the Panthers in Week 1.
Los Angeles’ real gift is in Sean McVeigh’s play-calling. McVeigh learned a lot after the Super Bowl loss. He even admitted as much. Even if RB Todd Gurley isn’t 100%, McVeigh will open things up with passes to the Rams’ running backs. On defense, no team has a better player than Aaron Donald. Rams can win and cover.

Complete preview below

The Rams are 5-13 in week 1, while Carolina is 1-5 grass. Carolina is 5-0 home in the series.

Most Heavily Bet Teams for Super Bowl, Divisional Champs, MVP, More

Data provided by a couple of sportsbooks could create some interesting storylines for this week’s NFL content.

According to information from SportsBettingand Betonline the Super Bowl favorites are getting plenty of action, but some aren’t the teams books will be rooting against the most this season. It is interesting to compare the differences between the two books.

The three players with the most action to win MVP are 24 years old or younger, and while the guy with the most bets is a bit of shocker, the fact that all three are quarterbacks is not.

The teams getting the most over/under bets for their regular season win totals hints at who the professional bettors think will outperform and underperform this year. Also, a few of the bet counts for the division odds are a bit surprising.

Also below are current Super Bowl, AFC, NFC, division and win total odds.

Teams that have received most bets to win Super Bowl:

(Report from SportsBetting)

1. Cleveland Browns (8.5 percent of all wagers)
2. New England Patriots (7.4)
3. Philadelphia Eagles (6.7)
4. Kansas City Chiefs (6.3)
5. Chicago Bears (5.1)

(Report from Betonline)

1. Kansas City Chiefs (9.0 percent of all wagers)
2. New Orleans Saints (7.0)
3. New England Patriots (6.3)
4. Cleveland Browns (5.8)
5. Chicago Bears (5.6)

However, just because a team has attracted the most bets doesn’t necessarily mean it could be the book’s largest liability. Sometimes this is the case, but often it isn’t as bets are placed at different odds. For example, if an underdog has received the sixth-most bets that team could be the book’s biggest exposure.

Teams that will incur largest loss for the sportsbook if they win Super Bowl:

1. Browns
2. Eagles
3. Colts
