I’d had to be them. Wise Guy side, both totals for NBA playoffs are up. Five MLB, two are Wise Guys. Wise Guy plays from Joe Duffy are the single strongest bet in gambling. Get the picks now

MLB

WASHINGTON (CORBIN +145) Atlanta (Elder)

Taking advantage of oddsmaker same series adjustments is up 639.69 units. As is the case with many of our best systems, we take the oddsmakers knowledge and weaponize it against them. Fresh off World Series win, Braves outscored 17-5 in consecutive losses, while Washington has won two straight by 15-4. Of course, yesterday’s 11-2 win by Nats over Braves overlaps.

NBA market report for playoffs Cavaliers vs. Nets, Clippers vs. Timberwolves. Public likes both dogs, but that’s not uncommon in postseason. Clippers have both 58 percent of money and bets. Sixty-one percent of bets and 58 percent of handle on over. Somewhat compelling splits on the Eastern Conference early start. While 54 percent of wagers are on the Cavs, 67 percent of the bucks are on Nets. Likewise, 52 percent of tickets are on the Nets OVER, yet 57 percent of the bills on the under. The biggest line moves are both in the East with the Nets going from -8.5 to -9.5 the total going from 226.5 to 229.5.

NBA Playoff Odds Set, Warriors a Long Shot; Embiid Not MVP Favorite

The NBA Playoffs get underway tomorrow with the first play-in tournament game between the Cavaliers and Nets.

The field of 16 teams officially begins Saturday, and one team is a clear-cut favorite to capture its first championship, at least according to Vegas.

Below, you can see NBA odds for the play-in games, the playoffs, conference championships and the Finals.

SportsBetting  also has the adjusted MVP and Rookie of the Year odds. Other NBA awards categories are not on available because the frontrunners have greater than a 99% chance of winning.

Finally, the NBA Draft is scheduled for June 23, and Jabari Smith Jr. from Auburn is the odds-on favorite to be selected No. 1 overall.

NBA Odds: Lakers Next Likely Head Coach Revealed

It appears Frank Vogel’s days are numbered in L.A.

So, who will be the next fall guy for Rob Pelinka? A grizzled veteran or a newbie head coach? How about a player-coach?

SportsBetting has set odds on the Lakers head coach at the start of the 2022-23 regular season, and there are some familiar as well as outlandish names on the list.

The Lakers’ current assistant coach, David Fizdale, is the favorite, while the current head generals for the Jazz and 76ers are second and third, respectively.

There are a couple of college names on the list, and the longshots, well, are longshots for good reason. But it’s always fun to speculate.

Worth noting…LeBron James would be the first player-coach since Dave Cowens led the Celtics during the 1978-79 campaign.

Odds are subject to change and current numbers can be found

Tiger Woods Masters Odds 2022

Tiger Woods is practicing at Augusta, but there’s been no confirmation that he will compete at next week’s Masters.

What seemed like a longshot following the car crash that paused Tiger’s playing career, the odds now support Woods teeing it up at the hallowed grounds where he’s donned the Green Jacket five times.

Odds are courtesy of SportsBetting

Will Tiger Woods compete in The Masters?

Yes -250

No +200

These odds indicate a 71.43% probability that Woods will tee off in Round 1 next Thursday.

It’s worth noting that the ‘Yes’ odds opened at -400 so early wagers have been on the ‘No’ option.

Woods currently has 50-1 odds at the 2022 Masters Tournament. But oddsmakers say the true odds should really be 75-1, or higher.

Joe Duffy will have his much sought-after Masters picks

Currently, 12.8% of the handle at SportsBetting.ag is on Woods, which is easily the highest percentage of any player.

And if Woods confirms he is playing, the sportsbook said that they expect an influx of wagers on him, which will definitely lower his odds.

Elite 8 Market Report For Bettors: Houston vs. Villanova, Arkansas vs. Duke, Free Pick NBA

Elite 8 betting Saturday sees Houston vs. Villanova, Arkansas vs. Duke. Get a free NBA winner plus market reports on college basketball and the NBA.

Free pick from NBA

HOUSTON -3.5 Portland

Many of my best angles, especially when the theory crosses sports, are based on using the oddsmakers knowledge against them. Houston is 8-30 SU road. Portland is 17-20 SU at home, yet the Rockets are laying 3.5. Anti-splits angle in which we go with road favorite if they have a much worse away winning percentage than the home team home winning percentage is 423-294.

Market report:

🏀Biggest public consensus in term of percentage of bets: None in NCAA tournament for Saturday.  Brooklyn Nets only big one in NBA, though Spurs a strong public dog. Many contrarian bettors believe in fading public underdogs, even at a lower ticket percentage than one would fade a favorite.

🏀Most lopsided bets in term of percentage of money and biggest sportsbook liabilities: Portland Pilots, Houston Cougars in college. The Associating sees Houston Rockets, Oklahoma City, Brooklyn, Toronto, and Orlando.

🏀Biggest splits: Southern Utah in college basketball has 58 percent of bets, but a mere 10 percent of money on them.  Portland Trail Blazers have 51 percent of bets, but only one-percent of the money.

🏀Biggest line moves with opening odds followed by current odds: Brooklyn opened -1, now -3.5 at Bovada. Raptors have gone from -9 to -11.

Top expert pick is from Joe Duffy. Our Million Dollar March on Vegas and Offshore is now 25-14 with all postseason tournament bets including Miami Florida as NCAA Tournament Game of the Year. My 34th March Madness as a pro handicapper may not yet be in my top 15, but I am still destroying the bookies. Both NCAA Tournament sides, plus side and total on The Basketball Classic. I am just that much better than anyone else. Newbies, now you know I am called The Lord of the Big Dance. Five NBA led by three Wise Guys. Oh off winning night in NBA too! And MLB around the block. Get the picks now

Most contrarian bettors love to fade the bets in the first category “percentage of bets.” The belief is that the public is almost always wrong (which is why bookmakers make a lot of money) by chasing square theories. Hence betting against them is a winning proposition. Joe Duffy, CEO of OffshoreInsiders.com is widely accepted as the top sports handicapper in the world. He prefers percent of tickets, which weighs $5 bettors the same as $500 and $5,000 a game wagerers saying, “If anything, the small bettor is the ultimate fade.”

While not completely disagreeing, Cy McCormick of the Masterlockline asserts that he prefers betting against the money. “Bookmakers always win long-term, so I want to be rooting for the same side they are,” while pointing out it is the money, not number of bets that will move the line.

Others like corroboration. If the same team is loved by both the handle and volume of bets, that’s “Truly a public play,” according to noted gambler Big Red. Finally, the splits are considered a sharp versus square metric. If majority of bets are on side A, but most of the money is on side B, some gamblers consider this equating to side B betting a sharp versus square bet.

Sweet 16 NCAA Tournament Market Report; NBA Super Sharp Intel too

Sweet 16 market watch, plus NBA betting intel using the same criterion. Keep in mind, the adage “public dogs die” is true, though not as much in the postseason where JoeyBagOfDonuts is willing to bet on underdogs.

🏀Biggest public consensus in term of percentage of bets: Miami Florida, Providence (dog); Pistons

🏀Most lopsided bets in term of percentage of money and biggest sportsbook liabilities: Providence (dog); Pistons, Heat

🏀Biggest splits in terms of percent of tickets versus the percent of cash: St. Peter’s 53 percent of bets, but only 22 percent of cash; Houston Rockets 57 but a mere 23 percent of cash.

🏀Biggest line moves with opening odds followed by current odds: Miami Hurricanes opened at -1, now -3 is the only one of note in NCAA Tournament today. In the NBA, the public is also loving Miami, as the Heat went from -5.5 to -7.5.

Top expert pick: Houston Cougars, my only Wise Guy, wins easily. I go 2-1 in Dance and am now 23-13 with postseason college basketball! Holy hell. The NCAA Tournament Game of the Year goes Friday among three NCAA Tournament winners. The winningest capper in world history with the GOY? You have an easy decision, Bubba.
