Free College Football Saturday Bomb

SEC Total of the Year Georgia-Kentucky UNDER, Friday Night Total of the Year Syracuse-Clemson UNDER, ECU-UCF AAC Total of the Year UNDER, NEW ENGLAND over, Tampa SNF Interconference Game of the Year, Rice-Southern Miss Conference USA West Total of Year UNDER all won. Named plays from Joe Duffy are nearly an 80 percent proposition from the Grandmaster. Two more named plays for Saturday up from Joe Duffy at OffshoreInsiders.com

ILLINOIS +23 Penn State

Most of our angles would be considered counterintuitive but this one is quite intuitive. Go with big road underdogs in games that are supposed to be low scoring is 483-254 +94 units for 57.7 winners. The oddsmakers are already telling you that points will be at a premium. Thus 23 points with a total of 46 is much more valuable than say if the total was 72.

Winning free pick from college football

WESTERN KENTUCKY -15 Florida International

Fade home underdogs off high scoring game is 290-172. With a total of 77, we know points not tough to come by, so laying more than two TDs on the road is something we can deal with. Why is the total so high? FIU allowed 42.2 points per game to teams normally averaging just 29.8. Now they play a team averaging 40.8 to teams that normally permit 29.3. Every metric would indicate WKU should score in the upper 40s or more. It’s just a matter of holding FIU to under 30.

LSU likely Next Coach; Heisman, Natty favorites Updated

Ed Oregeron will not return as LSU’s head coach next season, the school’s athletic director announced Sunday.

SportsBetting has set odds on who will be the next head man to lead the boys in Baton Rouge, and the favorite is a familiar name among the SEC circles.

Could Lane Kiffin hop to yet another SEC school? He has the lowest odds at +250, or 5-2. Below is the full list, and current odds here:

First time in 606 days, Neither Tampa Nor KC Super Bowl Favorites

It’s been exactly 606 days since a team other than the Kansas City Chiefs or Tampa Bay Buccaneers was the Super Bowl favorite.

The streak ended Monday when SportsBetting moved the Buffalo Bills into the Super Bowl LVI top spot, in terms of odds. San Francisco, during the 2020 offseason, was the last team other than the Bucs or Chiefs to be favored.

Somehow, the NFL’s only undefeated team, the 6-0 Arizona Cardinals, have just the sixth-best Super Bowl odds. This shows that the oddsmakers aren’t ready to completely crown the Cards as one of the top-tier contenders.

Of course, the Bills could drop should they lose tonight on the road at Tennessee as 6-point favorites.

Here are the latest Super Bowl, conference and division odds:

47-28, NAMED PLAYS ALMOST AUTOMATIC! 13 WINNERS IN CFB, 4 WISE GUYS INC SEC TOTAL OF THE YEAR

3 Wise Guy noon ET, Major too, so buy EARLY! Off a heartbreaking TNF loss the only option was to take all my anger out on the bookies. And so I did, sweeping the board going 3-0! I am 47-28 in football, 9-5 baseball postseason. I’m asked all the time why I release so many totals in football. Some gamblers would much rather bet sides. I am about winning. I don’t care if it’s high profile, low-profile, side, total, moneyline. I win money and that’s why my bets have been so heavily south-after since 1988. College Football Sweat Barometer Standings: Top teams to bet on, against, Top Over and Under Teams

These are the best margin of cover teams in college football. Margin of cover is a long-time tool of original cappers used to measure the reliability of the often deceptive ATS and OU records. It is much like margin of victory, except it measures margin relative to the point spread or OU. With over-under, “overs” are listed first. Some Johnny-Come-Lately handicappers call this the sweat barometer.

Alabama slipped to No. 5 in the latest AP Poll following its loss to Texas A&M, but the bookies aren’t interested in dropping them past second in the odds.
