It look like Steve Budin spared no expense on the graphics, but why wouldn’t Mr. Budin buy that host a new toupee. It looks like Steve Budin picks the cheapest rug at Gabriel’s in Belle Vernon, PA, cut it up with a cheap pair of scissors and threw it on the guys head.
